First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your threads! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your items, please review our policy and follow the directions listed:

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are mailed via USPS. All purchases are processed & shipping within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All items come with a  tracking number, if for any reason you did not receive a tracking number at time of shipment please send us a message through the website & we will provide your tracking number.  You may also be able to look on your website account if you make one.

All items are shipped to the address provided at payment ( address is usually attached to PayPal or CC ). We are not responsible for rerouting items due to an incorrect address being provided.

 

 We are not responsible for los or stolen items.

RETURN POLICY

All regular priced items will be returnable for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued. All clearance items/flash sale items/special promotional items are final sale and no exceptions will be made. Customer is responsibe for all shipping cost for returns.

 

All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered. Items should be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. All tags must remain attached (if applicable). If an item is inspected and does not meet these conditions, we will contact you with your options. 

 

Shoes must be in their original, undamaged shoebox and shoebox must be placed in a separate shipping box or bag. No tape or shipping labels should be attached to the original shoebox.

 

Once your return is received & processed, we will issue store credit with a coupon code to use towards your next purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are close to Murrieta, CA & would like to pick up your items, please select "local pickup" & send me a direct message via the website for pickup time.

TIMELINE

We will happily accept items up to 30 days after they are delivered to you. Any items received after the 30 day return policy period will not be eligible for return. They will be returned to sender and no store credit or exchanges will be issued. Our 30 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.

DAMAGED ITEMS

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their items immediately upon receipt. If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery, we must be notified within five (5) days of receipt with photos attached to your email. Items cannot be worn or washed when claimed as damaged. After five days, Threadology can no longer be held responsible. This five day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. If a damaged or incorrect item is received, please email photos to info@threadologyboutique.com, threadology boutique will cover the cost of usps first class return shipping in the event of a damaged or wrong item being received.

EXCLUSIONS

All clearance, holiday sales (i.e. black friday),  special promotions, & flash sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be honored. No exceptions will be made.
